**YOUR TASKS**
- Commercial, operative and consecutive planning, control and supervision of the asset and the service providers
- Budgeting & financial planning (revenues, costs, liquidity,..)
- Monitoring of financing contracts (extensions and payment dates) in order to ensure proper fulfilment
- Plausibility check of performance and related revenue statements
- Conclusion of insurance policies within the framework contract for new assets (electronics and liability insurance)
- Supervision of O&M contract and Contractor including claim management
- Operational contact for service subcontractor
- Operational contact for regulators
- Constant review of defined KPI’s and corresponding performance optimisation of the asset (costs & revenues)
- Settlement of damage and insurance claims
- Preparation of accounting documents related to the operation of the asset
- Coordination with accounting and tax consulting
- Contact person for all contractual partners, authorities, etc.
- Preparation of reporting for all stakeholders, especially investors, owners & banks

**YOUR SKILLS**
- At least commercial degree with technical knowledge about operation of power plants or engineering degree with experience in commercial administration of companies
- Very good skills in English
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Commercial understanding, affinity for numbers and interest in business administration
- Analytical strength and understanding of interdependencies
- Understanding of the energy market
- Organisational strength and initiative, accurate way of working
- Solution oriented
