PagerDuty is seeking an Enterprise Sales Analyst to join our diverse, customer-focused team As Enterprise Sales Analyst, you will report to the Direct, Deal Desk and play a crucial role supporting the Global Enterprise Sales Team. You will partner with various Sales roles to support key accounts and develop pipelines through gathering key sales data and conducting customer research. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow PagerDuty's Operational Cloud model throughout our customer base.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and distinguish key targets in our database
- Market research through social + professional platforms
- Manage and track critical sales administration activities through SFDC, our CRM
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Manage strategic deals requiring other internal group input or approvals
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in related field.
- Thorough understanding of sales process and techniques.
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred or other CRM experience.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Highly organized and focused with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
