Influencing and establishing long-term partnerships with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products an integral part of their practice, ensuring that Colgate is the brand they personally use, use in their dental office and actively recommend to their patients.

**What you will do**
- Achieve a predetermined KPI of brand usage, referral, and account sales that aligns with the territory's annual budget goals.
- Execute the visit plan in the assigned territory, delivering the information that supports the action of the products, conducting recommendations.
- Attitude of service and attention to the dentist's needs, providing the materials (posters - brochures) that they request.
- Distribution of product samples and information for both personal and patient use.
- Provide assistance in launching or dissemination activities aimed at the Dental Profession.
- Participate in events of professionals linked to oral health, promoting the dissemination of the brand and products.
- Carry out its activity by promoting solid links with the professionals attended to, aimed at the satisfaction and loyalty of professionals and their patients.
- Use the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management, database and visit management system) on a daily basis to document the activities of attention to dentists, it must have the number of professionals who are visited plus all the professionals that can be included and enrich the database.
- Stock control, report of the materials withdrawn on each occasion.
- Carry out the number of visits established in their annual objectives.
- It must be adapted to the frequency of visits, not allowing an excess of return visits and/or occasional visits according to the percentage agreed upon in the annual objectives.
- Deliver the information that supports the action of the products.
- Anticipates, identifies and reports new trends in the market or strategies of the competition.
- Develop and support a strong partnership between Colgate and a group of accounts (general dental and specialty practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental hospitals, community health centers, pharmacists, and dental distributors/depots) in an assigned territory.
- Develops an in-depth understanding of each dental office account.
- Classify, categorize and optimize the number of dental offices contacted in the assigned territory.
- Understand the weaknesses of competitor products and ethically convince the account on Colgate technologies for better patient treatment outcomes.
- Find answers to detailed professional questions about products and the scientific literature on product development or scientific issues.

**Required Qualifications**
- Student or Bachelor’s degree oriented to commercial or science carrers (Communication, marketing, dentist, veterinary or related).
- Intermediate english.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a commercial area, preferably linked to the professional channel/pharmacies.
- Advanced Microsoft Office.
- Possess a valid car and driver's license.
- Resident in Santiago de Chile.
