**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements for SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP modules based on project specifications.
- Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and solutions.
- Perform SAP system configuration and customization.
- Conduct SAP system testing and troubleshooting.
- Support end-users through training and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on SAP releases, features, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance on SAP system optimization and performance improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role.
- SAP certification(s) relevant to the consultant's area of expertise (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
- Experience with SAP implementation projects and full project life cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for user interface development.
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and methodologies.
- Previous experience with SAP upgrades and migrations.
- Understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
