We are searching for the best talent for a **Commercial Education Lead **to be located in **Santiago, Chile.**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Deploy cluster internal education plan for Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador an Uruguay.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
- Collaborate with local Marketing and other functional leaders to develop and implement educational programs in support of business objectives.
- Supports the design of Sales Training Representative programs and ensures execution of program.
- Train sales representatives in areas of need to improve product & procedure knowledge and selling skills.
- Execute TTT programs to support capability build aligned with EdTech strategy.
- Partner with marketing to support local product launch development and execution and training aligned to strategic priorities.
- Recommend new approaches, techniques and ideas that will assist the sales representative in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Lead or support Ethicon Regional Programs (foundation) and guarantee local programs planning an execution.
- Lead or conduct specific training at local, and national meetings as assigned.
- Develop individual skills to become more effective in training, developing people, coaching, communicating, and team building.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a manner that is consistent with sales training methodology; conduct sales presentations using current sales methods.
- Conduct business in accordance with Business Conduct Policy, HCC and other Johnson & Johnson policies and procedures.

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in Clinical Sales focusing on at least one, major product platform and related procedures.
- Field Sales Trainer experience or a current Professional Education Manager/Specialist (desired).
- Expert selling skills.
- Excellent clinical knowledge in designated product or procedure platforms required.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES And AFFILIATIONS**
- Account planning.
- Project leadership and problem solving.
- Ability to convey value proposition to all levels of key stakeholders across a facility.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation written communication.
- Knowledge of Business Conduct Policy, HCC and other Johnson & Johnson policies and procedures.
- Expertise in sales force effectiveness tools.
