The M&A Integration Manager is a forward-thinking leader, responsible for driving the strategy, timing and orchestration of the M&A integration motions into the WW Support organization as a part of Support Strategy & Operations organization.

They will ensure the success of the M&A Integrations in collaboration with partners and stakeholders in Technology Marketing and Product Management, Technology Program Management, cross-org M&A integration teams, Offers team, Business Technology teams and Global Support to ensure alignment on priorities, budget, launch timing and systems integration timing.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Ensure M&A Integrations are in accordance within planned timing, funding, and designated scope
- Drive accountability for delivery of M&A integration activities, driving cross-functional alignment, generating clarity and partnering with peer organizations to remove barriers.
- Oversee the establishment of performance metrics and build reliability into programs by designing process improvements.
- Effective generation and dispersion of information and knowledge to program and Support leadership and delivery teams to ensure overall business visibility
- Help craft compelling executive presentations for program visibility and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvement in current processes for enabling process efficiency and champion ideas for change.
- Build trusted and strong working relationships with all partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification & Skills:

- Experienced professional with **over 5+ **years in digital consulting/business consulting/ relevant industry expertise
- Demonstrated success in consistently delivering on operational and program specific metrics
- Strong consultative approach to problem-solving ability, process-driven mindset, and ability to deliver with mínimal direct supervision
- Successful experience working with C-suite executives and other business decision makers
- Proven successful track record in helping enterprises transform their organizations
- A confident communicator with good executive presence, able to clearly communicate to non-technical and technical audiences
- Strong technical acumen and an understanding of the SaaS / CRM business model.
- Experience with / understanding of Salesforce offerings and products.
- Knowledge of Support tools, systems, processes, and common challenges.
- Experience with Salesforce platform preferred.
- **Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years **applicable experience.
- Consulting experience preferred
- Project Management preferred
- For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $117,000. You may also be entitled to receive _bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits._ _
