**Job Details**
The Position Management Center of Excellence (COE) Manager will provide support to a collaborative team responsible for operationalizing the company workforce plan via Workday position management functionality as we implement new ways of working and quickly scale to 100,000+ employees. This team works closely with our Workforce Planning Center of Excellence, People Services and Operations team, Analytics, BizTech, Recruiting, Finance, Employee Success Business Partners (ESBPs), and business units to support data-driven and forward-thinking talent strategy and global growth plans for all of Salesforce.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports processes for business to make plan adjustments (surge hiring, position reprioritization, incremental additions, in-budget position splits, etc.), as directed by the Director or Manager of the Position Management COE
- Partners with People Services teams to ensure effective day-to-day position management processes (workday initiation, changes, approvals, compliance etc.) and provide supplementary support as needed.
- Provides administrative support during quarterly planning meetings, as needed.
- Collaborates with WFP COE, BizTech, People and Recruiting analytics teams to refine dashboards and reports that allow Finance and the Business to effectively manage headcount.
- Supports resolution of Tier 2 issues tied to position management and aligns with People Services & Operations team on designing a tiered escalation strategy and process.
- Assists in preparing presentation and training materials on behalf of the COE, as needed
- Additional projects as directed by the Director or Manager of the Position Management COE
- Supporting member of ‘tiger team’ providing hypercare support in the early stage launch of the program.
**Desired Experience/Skills**:
- 2+ years of experience in HR systems and HR analytics; Workday position management experience strongly preferred
- Able to work in a fast paced, growth oriented environment
- Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem-solver - able to work in the details and click-up a level to grasp the “big picture”
- PowerPoint or Google Slides skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving
- Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information and with mínimal direction
- For Colorado-based roles only: Minimum annual salary of $93,000. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. _
