The Account Executive will formulate and complete CRM Analytics sales strategy within Commercial Accounts, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in their segment. There is a partnership with the existing Account owners and will carry quota for product sales within your territory region.
You will work closely with your customers as a trusted adviser to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals. You will act as an advisor to customers on the CRM suite to promote solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. The team is fast paced, team-oriented, dedicated and looking for someone that will be a valued member of our Tableau Sales Team.
Some of the things you will be doing include
- You’ll be defining and completing your account and territory plans - proactively identifying and connecting with new and existing contacts within strategic major accounts.
- Running and qualifying multiple opportunities through the sales process to a successful close, in order to meet/exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Utilising internal resources throughout the sales cycle e.g. product support and sales engineering.
- Providing initial product demos to prospects - and working with the sales engineering when required, to deliver more sophisticated, in-depth presentations.
- Encouraging and growing your network within each account to further improve our relationship with these customers.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through Salesforce.
- Staying ahead of competition, driven issues and products - being the Tableau Enthusiast.
- Participating in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, customer care and marketing efforts.
- Travelling to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.
Who you are
- Expert. You have extensive field-based enterprise software sales experience, selling solutions into large enterprise accounts. It is essential that you have shown success selling into C-Level and are able to work with customers across various lines of business. Complex sales / solution sales experience and a proven record of large figure deal experience.
- management and have a mix of business curiosity combined with a technical ability to truly solve customer challenges and earn trust.
- Performer. Consistent over achievement of sales goals, experienced with CRM, analytics, data, databases, predictive modelling, or business intelligence required.
- Solution selling approach: develop a plan and solution, articulate return on investment, and navigate complexities of our customers to drive revenue
- Sales Mentality. Desire and hunger to seek new customers and new opportunities. As well as maintaining and growing key customer relationships within existing accounts.
- Great Teammate, working well within a team of various collaborators (client directors, solution engineers, etc.) in a matrix organisation.
