**Position Summary**:
The Head of Solutions - Tableau will be focused on building vertical and horizontal solutions with our top GSI partner and taking it to our joint customers.

The role has two distinct functions:
**Build **- The role would be responsible for identifying joint collaboration opportunities with our top GSI in EMEA focused on one or more industries. He/She would be responsible for creating a business plan focus on specific industry with a 3 year road map of going deep and wide. Creation of industry solutions along with the partner which would help solve real business problems with great revenue potential for the partnership. The end objective is to be the number 1 partner in the data and analytics space for those specific industries.

**GTM **-Participate in the GTM motion along with partner and Partner Managers for the identified and agreed industries. Create solution led selling motion in identified accounts and industries. Work with internal and partner sellers to drive deals and win. End objective would be to increase ACV/Revenue in the selected and focus industries.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Build the 3 year Solution and Industry roadmap.
- Own the Solution and offering plan for the identified industries.
- Build business plan and execute along with partner.
- Work with the Solution Engineer Team and partner team to drive building of the solutions and offerings.
- Be accountable for the success of the solutions and offerings
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
- Managing the day-to-day engagement within relevant industry and account executives to help build GTM synergy and alignment.
- Establish strong executive relationships with peers in Salesforce’s GSI team for synergy on account strategy and Big Bets

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- 15 Years of Experience in building Technology Solutions
- 5 years of leadership experience in managing and leading solution and offerings
- Strong experience in developing Vertical (Industry) and Horizontal Solutions.
- Technical skill and/or ability to acquire in‐depth knowledge and use of Tableau and Salesforce products.
- Strong business execution and outcome orientation as well as innovative solution crafting.
- Skilled at influencing others, both externally and internally; ability to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals.
- Ability to work as a peer to and advise Theater RVPs, Sales Directors and Account Executives as needed across both Tableau and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills. Able to convey complex information in an efficient, easy-to-understand manner.
- Proven collaborator and liaison with all levels and departments within an organization.
