Whether you're a retailer looking for seamless monetization or an expert shaping the future of ad tech, **Topsort is where innovation happens.** Now we're looking for a hungry **Account Executive** to join our LATAM team, based in Santiago, Buenos Aires, or Mexico City. You'll drive growth, close deals, and own the sales cycle—building relationships, winning key accounts, and collaborating with our founders and product team to shape the future of retail media. **Key Responsibilities** - **Sell Topsort's retail media infrastructure or the upcoming new product lines,** and work with the sales and product team to achieve sales quota. - Demonstrate relentless focus and "**hunter energy**" to win RFPs and deals in a competitive market. - **Ability to generate pipeline** from industry connections, outbound activities, Linkedin outreach or more. - Take prospects through the buyer journey from discovery to contract negotiation, with strong understanding of Topsort's products as Topsort is a product-led company with strong technical product features. - **Act as the voice of the customer,** provide feedback to the product team and work closely with the founders to perfect and improve the product. **What we expect from you** - Bachelor's degree or MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor. - 3+ years of experience in sales, or background in consulting, product management, have worked with fast-growing dynamic startups, proven track record of exceeding quota in a customer facing role. - Startup hustle and speed: You're able to work hard, move fast, and adjust to a dynamic environment and sell to complex organizations and technical customers. - Ability to learn on the job, learn fast, and have strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to self-educate to become the expert on auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization. - Team Player: lone wolf style sales are from the past, at Topsort, it's about being a sports team that achieve goals together. - This role will be based in Santiago, Buenos Aires or Mexico City. **What is it like to work at Topsort?** - **Direct and Speedy**: We give candid feedback, push each other to set higher goals and produce more impact by always thinking "how do we do this faster and better" - **Valued for Your Individuality**: From personalized birthday gifts to work anniversaries, and management training program or in-person gatherings or career talks and mentorships, part-time DJs and tik-tok vloggers are also commercial leaders and technical staff at Topsort.
