**Descripción del Trabajo**: Responsible for ensuring products (Instruments/Implants) are shipped, distributed and received in an efficient manner. Carries out all management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and regulations.

**Deberes y responsabilidades principales**: Manage surgery coordinators and drivers to insure that surgery requests are satesfied and delivered with 100% accuracy and on time. Ensure the safe packing, shipping and receiving of product to outlying territories/offices. Approve/Monitor time cards, vacation requests, staffing needs for warehouse personnel. Ensure Lean/Continuous initiatives are implemented to achieve maximum efficiencies while minimizing cost to serve. Deploy new implant and instrument sets as perscribed by asset team. Responsible for kiting and order fullfillment. Partner with sales teams and hospitals to ensure high service levels at the lowest possible cost. Train, coach and manage subordinates while supporting established policies and procedures, cross training of all positions to ensure constant coverage. Ensure standardized practices.

**Áreas de competencia previstos**: - Utilize analytical problem solving techniques to address issues and problems within the department - Lead problem solving process to identify root cause of issues and implement corrective actions and controls to eliminate further disruption - Organizational and time management skills are essential - Must maintain a high degree of professionalism in a potentially frustrating environment with extreme time constraints - Demonstrated knowledge to identify Zimmer products by major product groupings and familiarity with product lines of other division. - Participation in departmental 24 hour emergency “on-call” service is a requirement of this position. - Required to work some holidays. - Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

**Requisitos de Educación / Experiência**: - Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering or other technical field preferred. - 3-5 years experience in Customer Service, logistics, supply chain, Finance or other technical field and/or inventory management. MBA or Masters Degree preferred.

**Requisitos de Viaje**: Minimum, up to 5%.
