**Job Title: Hiring Process Coordinator/ Receptionist**

**Location: Fully Remote**

**Pay: $6-$7 per hour to start**

**Responsibilities**:
Respond to internal and external communications.- Coordinate closely with the Hiring Success Manager.- Attend Daily Standup meetings and complete EOD Reports.- Manage and coordinate the recruitment process.- Navigate the incoming calls.- Schedule and manage interview logistics.- Maintain a clean and accurate ATS system.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and oral.- Exceptional organizational skills.- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.- A team player who can collaborate effectively.- Motivated and passionate about contributing to a startup.- Comfortable working remotely.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

**Pay**:
You will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $6-$7 per hour, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.

**Location**:
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location that best suits your needs.
