Responsibilities include:

- Selection of new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.
- Advising team leaders & managers in all areas, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration and team development.
- Reflect on relevant HR issues and how to communicate them within the organisation.
- Participate in or lead HR projects.

With a strong substantive drive, you approach projects proactively and with great enthusiasm. You feel completely at home in our corporate culture. In addition, we can find the following on your CV:

- A degree in psychology, human resource management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (level C1).
