As a Senior Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and provide guidance on various business initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's goals, culture, and challenges to effectively partner with stakeholders across different departments. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and implementing HR strategies to support the company's overall success.

**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.-
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning.-
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and proactively address HR-related challenges.-
- Talent Management and Development:
- Support talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers and the recruiting team to bring the best talent to Rappi..-
- Implement performance management processes to drive employee productivity and development.-
- Deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.-
- Support career development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development programs.-
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.-
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.-
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.-
- Change Management:
- Partner with leaders to effectively manage organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and reorganizations.-
- Develop change management plans to facilitate change and ensure adoption of new strategies and initiatives.-
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during periods of change, promoting a smooth transition and maintaining morale.-
- HR Operations:
- Oversee the execution of HR processes, such as compensation and benefits administration and HRIS management.-
- Ensure compliance according to our code of ethics among our employees.-

Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience as a Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and align HR strategies with organizational goals.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, and change management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
