We are hiring the best talent for** HR Leader, One HR Chile & Vision Care LAS **to be located in **Santiago de Chile, Chile.**
**Purpose**
The HR Leader, OneHR Chile & Vision Care LAS is responsible for the creation and deployment of the portfolio of HR work within the country, or function, in support of business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies. This role delivers the HR agenda within their local responsibility and ensures resource alignment within the HR support functions to execute the work. The HR Leader will actively support their business partners through Coaching, Talent management, Organizational Design and Business Collaboration as required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Creates and oversees the implementation of talent programs and initiatives related to organizational design, development and change
- Provides guidance to management on Human Resources issues
- Partners with management team on multiple initiatives within Human Resources.
- Supports resolution of employee relations issues through ensuring accurate interpretation and administration of local HR policies and programs
- Creates and facilitates structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance and to enable the organization to accomplish their goals
- Provides group and one-on-one coaching with managers and employees on a variety of human capital issues.
- Partners with line leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent, and technical capability pipeline.
- Uses analytics tools (including WorkforceDNA) to drive insights to inform talent and HR strategies in support of local, sector, regional and/or enterprise business goals.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education level required**: University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- At least 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Advanced English level.
- To work in this dynamic company will be necessary to be dedicated and being passionate about your job every single day.
- Experience managing, planning and implementing projects and business support initiatives is required.
- Must have relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills required.
- Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation and partnership skills are required.
- Experience using data to influence senior business leaders required
- Must embody strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills required.
- Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business is required.
- Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans is required.
- Strong MS office and related talent management technology tools skills are required.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions and working in various industries, preferably within large, complex organizations is preferred.
- Experience of driving strategic change to meet changing business needs and exploring new business models is required.
