Como KAM seras responsable de la planificación, coordinación y control de la ejecución de un plan integrado de negocios (Ventas, Category Management, Finanzas, Logística) para los clientes asignados del Canal Tradicional, a fin de lograr los objetivos de ventas, cobranzas, rentabilidad, market shares, e indicadores claves de gestión.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Preparar el plan de negocios anual de su porfolio de clientes y efectuar el seguimiento mensual para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Garantizar los recursos asignados para la cuenta, maximizando los resultados financieros y logrando una mayor rentabilidad en el negocio.
- Asegurar la implementación de actividades negociadas y su implementación.
- Generar y mantener una relación colaborativa con sus clientes directos, asegurando una adecuada comunicación interna con el Equipo.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios universitarios completes de carreras como Ingeniería Civil, Industrial o Comercial.
- 2 años de experiência mínima en el rol, dentro de la industria de Consumo Masivo.
- Inglés Intermedio (oral y escrito).
- Microsoft Office Avanzado.
- Movilidad propia (excluyente)
- Buenas relaciones interpersonales a todo nível.
- Capacidad de negociación.
