**Job Description**:
As a Site Specialist you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by driving the experience, relevance and performance of your customer base in everyday execution. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.

Maximize OMNI profitable net sales and customer base for your market and relevant customer group - short and long term. While leveraging the strengths of the online channel. Responsible for the performance of customer segments on-site to secure set growth targets and increase customer satisfaction, short and long-term.

Daily optimization and evaluation of our customer journey in collaboration with possible external partners, across online touchpoints and components

Some of your responsibilities are:

- Align sales goals and execution strategy towards customer base growth
- Know your sales situation through sales and customer behaviour analysis and follow up on actions taken
- Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and execution of your customer segment/customer group in your e-com market/markets together with external provider
- Optimize content on site & provide input to Customer Activation & Marketing team
- Give input on what assortment is relevant to whom based on data & insights & send feedback to merchandising
- Track and follow up experience KPIs on site, together with external provider and in owned channels such as CTR, BR, viewed availability, shopability in connection to purchase funnel on site
- Work closely with Media planners to evaluate commercial messages on site and in owned channels to ensure best commercial execution
- Work closely with Merch team to optimize push vs pull in product execution (customer demand vs business need)

**Qualifications**:
Your profile:

- University degree, preferably in Business, Economics or E-Commerce
- 2+ years of E-commerce experience
- Omni retail experience
- Sales and web analysis experience including Google Analytics
- Desired experience working in and/or consuming reports from AEM, Hybris, Tableau & Power-Bi or other platforms used
- You are experienced within e-com and have an understanding of the total digital eco-system and its synergies
- Strong data management skills - analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
- Proactive, curious and innovative approach to problem solving with a constant improvement mindset
- Leadership capabilities and communicational skills to get your message across and you have the drive to see them through
- ** Fluent in **English**
