We need Shoppers for our app to function, so you can imagine how important the Shopper Ops team is to Cornershop by Uber Not only do they monitor global Shopper operations, but they’re continuously looking to improve their processes, tools, and tech to fulfill their objectives. Shoppers Ops manages multiple areas, such as Shopper Experience, Growth, Capacity Management, Quality, Inventory, Payments and Safety. We hope you’re up to the challenge

**What will you be doing?**:

- Identify and lead initiatives and projects for global Shopper operations, aligned with the other Heads of Global Shopper Ops.
- Coordinate and constantly communicate with key stakeholders within Cornershop by Uber to guarantee that projects are aligned with our operational needs and tech roadmap.
- Align, manage and control the progress and deliverables of projects and initiatives to ensure that deadlines are met effectively and to a high-quality standard.
- Lead the Global Shopper Ops Strategic Projects area, managing high-performance Project Leads, Project Analysts and Data Analysts.

**What do you need to apply?**:

- English (fluent).Background in consulting or leading operational teams within a tech startup environment.
- Knowledge in operational excellence, particularly in relation to diagnostics and improvements in processes or management.
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as experience in project management.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and creatively.
- Experience in researching, planning and managing project methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (desired)
