Our Santiago office has an opportunity for a **Project Service Advisor**to join our global professional services leader and our growing local operations.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Assist with project pursuit tracking, project setup, and data entry.
- Coordinate with Finance from project initialization to close-out.
- Work with Project Managers to process client billing.
- Assist with regular project reviews.
- Coordinate and track internal project deadlines as required.
- Prepare, or assist in the preparation of contract documents, letters, or reports as assigned.
- Download and review project costing reports.
- Support multiple project teams.
- Support Operations as needed.
- Assist with project analysis which includes data entry and report generation.
- Preparation of, sorting, scanning, typing, formatting, and revisions of reports, meeting minutes, etc. based on preset templates and styles, spreadsheets, and correspondence, generating bookmarked PDF documents.
- Must be able to multi-task and communicate well, be highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful and dependable.
- Ability to carry out tasks independently as necessary; general knowledge working with various correspondence including meeting minutes, reports, tables, letters, memos and proposals.
- Proficient/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Acrobat Writer).
- Reportability knowledge on ERP systems.
- Billing process experience and knowledge.
- Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent prioritization skills and multi-tasking skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **English: full professional proficiency is a must.**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or related.
- Minimum 3 years previous work experience for engineering, finance or related field.
