**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Assist with project pursuit tracking, project setup, and data entry.
- Coordinate with Finance from project initialization to close-out.
- Support the Quality and Compliance Team.
- Coordinate and track internal project deadlines as required.
- Support Salesforce data integrity by conducting weekly follow-ups with Project Managers and Relationship Managers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Update project data according to delivery forecasts.
- Finalize projects and proposals to ensure compliance.
- Follow up with Project Managers (PMs) and Project Directors (PDs) to ensure our Winning Work and Delivery Phase tasks are completed according to the required timeline.
- Follow up on project closures, informing PMs about the status.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Must be able to multi-task and communicate well, be highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful and dependable.
- Ability to carry out tasks independently as necessary
- Proficient/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Acrobat Writer)
- Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritization skills and multi-tasking skills

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years previous work experience for engineering, environmental, or related field.
