Senior/ Director Product Manager; DevOps Center

**Job Details**:
As you work alongside other product managers on the DevOps Center team defining the overall strategy of our DevOps solution, your focus will be on looking at the “next-level” set of functionality to be incorporated into the DevOps Center experience - for instance testing and test management, CI/CD, requirements management and work tracking, observability, data management, and multi-cloud support - whilst looking to the ecosystem both inside and outside of Salesforce to provide the most robust DevOps solution possible. A focus will be on developing and embracing a strong ecosystem around DevOps Center, to leverage the strength of the ecosystem that exists today as well as to drive new opportunities to deliver the most robust overall experience around Salesforce DevOps. We are looking to nurture an ecosystem of DevOps Center extensions and integrations that will provide our community of Salesforce developers with much choice, power, and value when it comes to the overall DevOps experience, while continuing to focus our efforts on building and delivering a robust end-to-end core experience with DevOps Center.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives for the next generation of Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Define and manage the roadmap related to the DevOps ecosystem. Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long term. Build trust with stakeholders and your engineering counterparts by maintaining an understandable, accurate roadmap.
- Create and nurture a DevOps Center ecosystem program
- Work with ecosystem and ISV partners, both internal and external, who build products that are complementary to our solution to look for opportunities to partner, engage, and integrate our products into a more robust overall solution.
- Provide guidance and support to ecosystem partners (both internal and external to Salesforce) who wish to develop integrated solutions with DevOps Center
- Work with engineering to define and document guidelines and frameworks to allow partners to easily extend DevOps Center.
- Define and drive functionality in the DevOps Center product to make it more extensible to ecosystem partners.
- Develop a business plan related to the DevOps Center ecosystem
- Develop relationships with ecosystem partners to support growth of the ecosystem, enable development of high value products for our developer customers, and align messaging.
- Use your influencing and communication skills to share and align your strategy across the greater PM team and overall product strategy.
- Work with product and developer marketing teams to create product collateral, presentations, demos, partner enablement, and sales tools.
- Present to customers and partners on the product capabilities and roadmap, including performing live product demos

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in product management (or equivalent) working with technical products.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral, at a range of complexity, and to a range of stakeholder types and levels
- Ability to work within an agile development product team methodology
- Proven ability to influence and coordinate immediate and cross-organization teams to execute product and company priorities
- Ability to develop a high-level and longer-term strategy and adapt it into a short-term and actionable plan
- Preferred:

- Experience with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
- Knowledge of developer and DevOps product space
- Some experience with partner management and/or business development
