**The Work You'll Do**:

- More specifically, you will:_

- Partner with OTC leaders on work calendars, manage individual worklist preparation and reporting, and support monthly customer processes including sweep sheets, close-won finance approval, and NetSuite synchronization
- Troubleshoot with the team on quotes, invoices, and other data-driven elements to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all transactions
- Participate in providing use cases and business needs for broader system transformation initiatives, including amendments and subscription billing tool improvements
- Assist in supporting internal audits and controls to ensure the integrity of business processes and data are maintained at the highest standards

**What We Need From You**

- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Excel expertise; ability to analyze data, create reports, and manage complex spreadsheets
- Strong logical and quantitative skills with the ability to identify trends, analyze data patterns, and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones in a global environment
