**The Work You'll Do**:
OTC Supervisor will work closely with the internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive billing efficacy, accuracy and revenue.
- More specifically you will:_
- The Supervisor will be leading and coaching a team of OTC Specialist by providing a holistic view of the team’s OTC performance around: invoicing turnaround time & quality, invoicing & cash generation, collection performance, and dispute resolution turnaround time
- Coach and build a team of OTC specialist with training, coaching and skill development including one-on-ones, performance reviews and onboarding new team members.
- Will have responsibility to recommend and present ongoing continuous improvement with OTC’s work processes and tools/systems
- Support with OTC training and development, project participation, contribute with creating and maintaining documentation for daily process and procedures
- Partner with OTC leaders on various transformation efforts
- Manage Billing and Collections worklist
- Manage Dispute Case Queue
- Lead LOB specific cash calls to drive revenue at risk around top accounts in open AR
- Provide reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly on OTC KPIs

**Continuous Improvement**
- Provide cross-functional support and assist OTC and Finance management on projects as needed

**Transformation**
- Participate in providing uses cases and other business needs for broader system transformation - including amendments and subscription billing tool
- Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintained

**What We Need From You**
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise
- Familiar with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrate positive track record to influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience in team supervision and able to make impactful decisions under strong pressure
- Proactive and comfortable making impactful decisions under high pressure
- Detail oriented and maintains the highest productivity and quality levels
- Due to client contractual obligations
