Fjällräven now has an opportunity for an entrepreneurial person who loves and respects nature to join our team as our Regional Manager for Latin America As a Regional Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive the brand awareness and strategic success of the Fjällräven brand we distribute throughout Central and South America. You will be responsible for the management of eight distributors. You will become the main point of contact and be responsible for all business development and brand management facets. You will lead the distributor teams in their duties, which include sales development, brand marketing, channel management, direct-to-consumer expansion, digital strategy, regional events, community, and media/public relations.

This position will be based remotely in Central or South America.

You will report directly to the Head of Latin America (LATAM).

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

On any given day, you might:

- Manage and monitor sales strategy and brand performance through forecasting, purchasing, pricing structure creation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, financial, and strategic reporting and planning with/to the Head of LATAM.
- Strategically plan and position Fjällräven in Central and South America based on the brand’s guidelines.
- Manage activities like cost and pricing for the organization, managing costs and margins, and budgeting and forecasting sales with the Head of LATAM and the President of Fenix Outdoor Americas.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate sales to key accounts, including products, accounts, terms, and agreement negotiation.
- Manage and lead all the Fjällräven LATAM brand management with the global team, including events, community, digital marketing, and direct-to-consumer expansion.
- Participate in and/or manage kick-off events, management meetings, and other mandatory events.
- Be an active and strategic partner for marketing planning.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Requirements:_
- You have at least three years of experience in management, sales, or brand marketing
- The entrepreneurial spirit is in your DNA, and you would describe yourself as a strategic thinker focused on business development
- You communicate effectively and professionally in both Spanish and English
- You have a love and respect for nature and the outdoors
- You have strong knowledge of local market trends and regulations in Latin America
- You are willing and able to travel frequently
- Preferred, but not required:_
- Experience in the outdoor or sporting goods industries is strongly preferred
