Manager, Implementation
**Essential Functions**

1) Inventory Management
a. Negotiation with POS equipment providers.
b. Negotiation with product and with IT to obtain software versions applicable to available terminals.
c. Inventory update.
d. Assignment of inventories to field suppliers.
and.
e. Follow-up of repairs.
F. Projection of future inventory requirements considering consumption, travel times, etc.
g. Monitoring of equipment and supplies deliveries.
h. Design and execution of strategies to compensate for periods of insufficiency of new equipment available.
i. Reconciliation with accounting area.

2) Process automation project administration.
a. Automation in the reception of service requests and their attention.
b. Automation in updating the status of services.
c. Automation in the generation of management and operational information.
3) Vendor management
a. Negotiation with suppliers
b. Capacity Analysis and Outlook
c. Verification and authorization of supplier invoices
d. Reception of supplies.
e. Periodic reviews to suppliers.
f. Control of service levels and establishment of corrective action plans in case of non
- compliance.

4) Follow-up to field service requirements
a. MIS review to detect deviations in SLA
b. Follow-up of escalated cases.
C. Follow-up of complex cases.
d. Generation of plans for attention to projects (for example festivals, events)
5) Attention to external and internal clients
a. Attention to the Sales areas of BCI Pagos and BCI
b. Customer service in complex cases.
7) Human Resources Management

**Required Experience**
- Minimum required experience of 5 years in Acquiring, Financial or Logistics Business with Managerial responsibilities.
- Development and monitoring of projects
- Microsoft office.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Administration, Systems Engineering or similar)
- Advanced English
