About This Role: Were seeking a Technical Onboarding Manager to oversee the onboarding and technical setup of new clients or customers. This role sits at the intersection of onboarding, operations, and light technical execution. Youll be responsible for ensuring smooth implementations by coordinating requirements, validating data, and handling basic scripting or data work when needed. This is not a pure engineering role, but you must be comfortable working with technical concepts, structured data, and troubleshooting issues independently. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new clients or accountsGather requirements and translate them into clear implementation stepsConfigure systems, integrations, or workflows based on onboarding needsWork with datasets using SQL to validate, audit, or reconcile dataUse basic Python scripting for automation, data cleanup, or internal toolsTroubleshoot implementation issues and identify root causesCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, ops, support) as neededMaintain clear documentation, onboarding checklists, and status updatesEnsure implementations are completed accurately and on schedule Software/Platforms/Tools: Python (basic scripting)SQLGoogle Sheets / ExcelInternal tools, APIs, or databases (training provided where applicable)Project or task management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.) Qualifications: At least 3 to 5 years of freelancing experience3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, technical operations, or similar rolesExcellent oral and written English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)Comfortable writing basic Python scripts and SQL queriesStrong understanding of data structures, workflows, and system logicExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-throughComfortable working US business hoursAble to work independently in a remote environment Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US CST
