Lead the strategic sourcing organization for LATAM and to be recognized as a dynamic leader of world class procurement practice by providing outstanding decision support and process reengineering that will result in significantly increased productivity, revenue opportunities, and year-over-year reductions in the total cost of goods and services.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop long term plans to drive value from consolidating regional spend.
- Negotiate large agreements.
- Align sourcing plans with business objectives.
- Collaborate across the enterprise to deliver greater outcomes for BU.

***What experience you need**:

- College Degree, business degree preferred, MBA a plus.
- 10+ years in sourcing & negotiating, with an emphasis in technology and services.
- 8+ years in Financial Services and Consulting.
- Prior regional management experience.
- 3+ years leading a team.
- Advanced fluency in English.
