This is an opportunity to work on a groundbreaking project that combines technology with the great outdoors, providing smarter energy solutions for RV park owners.

**Position Overview**: We’re looking for a talented **IoT Solutions Engineer** to lead the design and implementation of a scalable power metering system for RV parks. This is a **remote role** with the flexibility to work from anywhere, although familiarity with US market standards and regulations is a plus. You'll handle hardware selection, network design, and system integration, and collaborate with a local team to ensure smooth on-site deployment and testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hardware Selection**: Identify and recommend robust, weather-resistant power metering devices suitable for RV parks.
- **Network Design**: Develop a scalable IoT mesh network using wireless protocols (e.g., LoRaWAN, Zigbee) to ensure reliable data transmission across large park layouts.
- **System Integration**: Work closely with RoverPass software teams to integrate IoT devices with our platform for seamless energy usage tracking and reporting.
- **Prototype Development**: Build and test a prototype system to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability in real-world conditions.
- **Documentation and Training**: Create clear technical documentation and train internal teams or local technicians for installation and maintenance.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with local resources to facilitate on-site hardware installation and field testing when required.
