**About Nerdy**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full analytical and managerial support to the VP of Operations in a professional and consistent manner.
- Transform vague concepts and tasks into well-documented and effective business metrics and insights.
- Identify opportunities for improvement via technology, process, or systems enhancements.
- Develop project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs.
- Communicate across multiple business stakeholders and facilitate prioritization and resource allocation
- Manage special projects related to key business initiatives with a goal to drive short and long term value while incurring mínimal technical debt
- Oversee the management, organization, and reporting of key organizational performance data and strategic planning documents.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of work experience in analytics or operations, preferably in a sales environment
- High level of English proficiency (written and oral)
- Experience leading analytical projects and guiding decision-making based on rigorous data analysis;
- Strong Excel skills required, SQL and Looker (or other visualization tools experience) is preferred
- Extremely proactive and self-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive analytical projects and improvements
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment capabilities
- Highly organized, with the ability to simplify processes and create efficiencies for individuals and teams
