Job Description**
Context**:
The Travel and Expense administrator will perform a client facing role, providing support on the SAP Concur system and support credit card and cash advance administration.
This role will perform accounting reconciliations, back-office administrative support and releases, as well as performing governance checks and controls.
**Purpose**:
To provide client-facing support on SAP Concur, as well as related financial, operational and administrative activities for De Beers South-Africa
**Main tasks**:
- SAP Concur Expense and Request support
- Credit card and cash advance administration
- SAP accounting reconciliations
- Follow-ups, controls and governance checks
- Drive policy compliance
- Adhere to data privacy standards and policies
- BU Stakeholder correspondence
- Relationships with third party providers such as the bank and forex service provider
- Support projects
Qualifications
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of experience related Travel or/and expense
- Languages: Spanish, English (Advanced) & Portuguese (Intermediate)
- Knowledge in Travel and/or Expense
- SAP and Concur experience: Advantageous
- Experience in relationship management with key stakeholders
- Experience in a client facing role
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Operations: Basic accounting principles, excel, SAP Concur, SAP
- Compliance: Data privacy standards for South-Africa.
