**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Your tasks will include:
**Finance and Bookkeeping**:
- Collaborating with accountants to ensure efficient month-end closings.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing invoices, monitoring Purchase Orders, and chasing payments.
- Ensuring timely payroll and tax compliance with Chilean regulations.
**Office Administration**:
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Supporting the People Operations Team with onboarding new staff.
- General office administration.
**Regional Support**:
- Assisting the LatAm team in Chile and Brazil.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Chilean business regulations.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and communication tools like Slack.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English (Portuguese is a bonus)**.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong math skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of online accounting systems (e.g., Xero).
- Experience in mining or tech industries.
- Established network of local suppliers and service providers.
