As a **Customer Technology Advisor**, you’ll be at the heart of our Go-To-Market team, working side-by-side with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer stakeholders. You’ll use your technical expertise to design and deliver solutions that truly matter—solutions that help businesses grow, adapt, and thrive.

- **Lead with impact**: You’ll guide customers through technical demos and presentations that showcase the power of Kyndryl’s capabilities.
- **Build trusted partnerships**: You’ll collaborate across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to co-create solutions that meet real business needs.
- **Drive innovation**: You’ll bring deep domain knowledge and certifications to develop tailored, high-value solutions across areas like Cloud, AI, Security, and more.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services or solutioning roles
- Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex solutions into customer value
- Proven experience in consultative selling and solution development
- Recognized expertise in one or more technology domains: Cloud, AI, Digital Workplace, Security, Core Enterprise, or Network & Edge
- Relevant external certifications that support your domain specialization
- Ability to lead customer engagements through demos, prototypes, and presentations
- Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with multi-industry clients in a technical advisory capacity
- Familiarity with pre-sales processes and compliance standards
- Experience collaborating with alliance partners to build joint solutions
