** About Our Process**- ** About the Role**-
- We are looking for our next **Specialist Improvement Analytics** who will be responsible for be a champion transformative change in Finance by driving bold, enterprise-wide initiatives that elevate analytics maturity and accelerate our journey towards a digitally enabled Finance future.

** Main Accountabilities**-
- Collaborate with a dynamic global team to pioneer cutting-edge analytics initiatives in Finance, harnessing the power of AI to unlock insights, drive smarter decisions, and shape the future of digital Finance.
- Maintain analytics solutions which generate insights and enable data driven decision making for key stakeholders in Santiago, and globally.
- Drive analytics related initiatives within Assets and ensure local Asset-Finance teams are equipped with the best reporting and analytics tools for month-end and budget cycles.
- Support the advanced analytics vision and roadmap for Finance and support improvement initiatives including data automation, data modelling and self-service, through global lens.
- Leverage best in class reporting and analytics tools to improve Finance’s effectiveness e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Snowflake, Power Apps, Gitlab.
- Support global initiatives which impact the future of data quality and progress advanced analytics in Finance.
- Provide Organisational Change Management (OCM) support for global Finance analytics improvement initiatives.-
- **About You**-
- **To be a top performer you will need**:

- Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 03 years of professional experience in Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data platforms, AI and visualisation tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Strong understanding of SQL and data querying techniques.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
