Right now, we are looking for a
**Service Desk Analyst** to join our Team You will be the key person for for solving any technical difficulty which may arise and support our Globers.

**You will get the chance to**:

- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advise users on appropriate action
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Redirect problems to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Be up to date with system information, changes and updates
- Be Security oriented

- Windows 7 Knowledge: Advanced
- Windows 8 / 8.1 Knowledge: Advanced
- Windows 10 Knowledge: Advanced
- Linux Knowledge: Basic
