Overview and main functions

We Are Looking for The New Financial Planning and Control Manager Chile_Perú, To Join Our Team.

Headquartered in the city of Santiago, Chile, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading the financial control area, ensuring proper compliance with internal control processes, issuing reliable information for business analysis in an adequate and timely manner, consolidating and making estimates based on the information provided by other areas (forecast, budget, among others) Issue financial and cost reports of the company for decision-making of financial management and general management.

Main Responsibilities

01. Budgeting and forecasting.

02. Expense control.

03. Reports to headquarters, assigned to the area.

04. Review and control of reports sent to the headquarters of other areas that influence the Controlling reporting processes.

05. Create reports that allow for proper follow-up.

06. Analysis of financial information.

07. Ensure the correct reporting of financial information to the headquarter.

08. Cost control and analysis.

09. Management, control, and analysis of metal exposure in the company.

10. Promote the company's own corporate safety, quality and environmental requirements established in the ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 standards applicable to the area.

11. Comply with the company's safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures.

12. Actively participate in programs and training and report any associated issues (Incidents, non-compliant product, machine failure, Potential Risks, Environmental Events, near-incidents).

13. Lead safety in the workplace, maintain safe conduct, and commit to your safety and take it beyond the company.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a worker with the following skills:

- Auditor Accountant
- 5 to 10 years of experience in related positions.
- Knowledge of SAP Module CO, FI, MM. Intermediate English. MS Office mid-level.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001 - 14001 - 45001 and 50001) and their implementation in commercial management.
