Robert Half is seeking a Content Editor for their Strategic Accounts operational support department. The department is responsible for ensuring that new staffing contracts signed between Robert Half and larger enterprise clients (i.e., Strategic Accounts, Regional Accounts, and National Technology Accounts) are accurately set up in back-office systems, and that staffing professionals in the field have the necessary information to engage with clients. The Content Editor will be responsible for creating internal websites using existing templates and will partner with other internal teams as they write, edit, proofread, and update new and existing websites. They will also create and maintain e-documents related to these contracts, creating templates and grouping them into e-document packages for frequent use.
- As an SA Content Editor, your specific responsibilities include:

- Create, maintain, edit, proofread, and publish contract related content on Strategic Accounts (SA) client sites for RH’s intranet.
- Rewrite and massage complex web content into user friendly copy that’s easily digestible.
- Collaborate with department peers, RH’s Enterprise Intranet Portal team, SA Contract Implementation Managers, and front office Services teams relating to client site creation, editing, and maintenance.
- Content projects may include writing both templated and independently composed site content.
- Handle website QA, content edits, and work independently with stakeholders during the intake, QA, and deployment processes.
- Create e-document templates using DocuSign and any future eSignature tools.
- Execute simple to complex site updates as submitted to the Change Control group, and as assigned by supervisors and/or the management team.
- Address global changes impacting all SA client sites, rate card updates, and billing changes, name and phone number changes, document updates. Review necessary changes and make assessment of best course of action to update and/or correct manually or utilizing automated script, as coordinated with the web automation team.
- Responsible for sending developed content to appropriate parties to facilitate a quality assurance check.
- Address and respond to all comments received throughout site development and QA process.
- Proofread and perform periodic audits of the entire SA micro site content to ensure all standards are met and are error free.
- Provide support for special projects as needed in support of SA, and field initiatives that impact the implementation process and/or SA micro sites.
- Monitor and report on processes and services provided to internal and external clients.
- Collect data, perform analysis, manage project timelines, and provide frequent status on project progress.
- Provide back up for peers as needed for absences and spikes in workload across the SA Compliance, Content and Data Systems team.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree, completion of equivalent coursework towards a 4-year degree, or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree desired.
- Relevant internships or work experience will be considered.
- Prior experience editing and proofreading websites desired with basic skills in HTML preferred but not required.
- Some prior experience writing either web content, blogs, or long form copy.
- Ability to quickly learn new software packages and in-house systems as the business need arises such as Adobe Editor, DocuSign, SharePoint, Salesforce, DOMO, etc.
- Desire to work in team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to gather requirements effectively; document business requirements and confirm observations with business owners.
- Capable of following company standards for documentation.
- Proven technical support and customer service capabilities.
- Have an eye for content and the flow of an internal website for overall user experience.
- Experience working in a Fortune 1000 company and/or corporate intranet a plus.
