Senior Spanish Content Writer

**Responsibilities will change from day to day but will include the following**:
- Create well-researched content that includes but is not limited to thought leadership articles, blog posts, website copy, project case studies, research reports, white papers, webinar content, and social media updates
- Actively brainstorm with the marketing team on the creative and strategic approaches to projects and campaigns
- Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original
- Working with internal and client teams to develop websites, apps, promotional materials, video content, and more
- Collaborate alongside a cross-disciplinary team that includes tech, design, content, and strategy professionals
- Translate content created by the global team into Spanish
**Qualifications**:
- University level degree in a related field like business, marketing, journalism, healthcare, and/or communications is preferred
- A firm understanding of statistics, business strategy, digital technology
- 5+ years of experience with strategic and marketing content writing
- Computer literate with proficiency in G-Suite
- A native ability to write and speak in Spanish
- A high-level proficiency of speaking in English
**Must Haves**:
- A proven writer portfolio that clearly demonstrates talent, range, and originality
- An understanding of brand voice and brand identity
- An understanding of the LATAM culture and the ability to bring cultural nuances to your work
- You can turn big words and confusing concepts into simple, engaging copy
- You're interested in digital marketing, digital products, digital health, and keeping up to date with what's happening in the digital space
- You can use information and raw data sets from multiple sources and craft a narrative into compelling reports, articles, video scripts, or other omnichannel storytelling forms
- You are confident about switching contexts and working on multiple projects at the same time
- You understand market segments, empathy maps, and SEO
- You're a natural editor, with a gift for getting to the point
- You have a proven track record of prioritizing your workload and problem solving independently
**Nice to Haves**:
- You focus on solutions, not problems, and prefer to stay positive even in times of stress
- No one has to tell you how to prioritize your work, you've got that under control
- Often it goes beyond writing —you can pitch your ideas to leadership, colleagues, and clients, and build on their ideas
