Learning & Development Program Manager

Robert Half is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager that will be responsible for implementation and delivery of Talent Solutions education for assigned programs and/or geographies. This role will work with Senior Talent Solutions Leadership to deliver successful learning programs/solutions and adoption; Applies and demonstrates adult learning and engagement techniques and modalities including blended learning, instructor led, workshops, virtual facilitation and social learning; collaborates with colleagues, senior professionals, experts and leaders to identify Talent Solutions learning needs, learning experience oversight, identifying and organizing program co-facilitators, managing calendar of events and facilitating all sessions for assigned programs and/or geographies. Provides ongoing feedback, assesses ROI post session via surveys and post-session follow up, tracks assigned employees’ progress through the RH Learning Management System (LMS). Works closely with Senior Talent Solutions Leadership, the broader Learning and Development team, and the Executive Director and VP Team to ensure that executed learning programs stay in alignment with business objectives and reflect Robert Half’s short
- and long-term strategic goals.

Program Facilitation / Performance Coaching
- Implement and deliver multiple learning & development programs simultaneously in support our Talent Solutions Organization. Demonstrate effective facilitation skills across all modalities (ILT, hybrid, VILT).
- Consult with key business partners to ensure seamless program execution; Utilize adult learning theory, learning and development best practices, and advanced group dynamics to maximize learner experience.
- Communicates and collaborates with key business stakeholders to ensure seamless initiative / program execution and impact. Exhibit action-oriented behaviors in support of program design and execution of learning programs.
- Demonstrate a commitment to enhance the employee experience and engagement through learning and personal facilitation/consulting approach.

Relationship Management/Consulting
- Embrace and demonstrate a collaborative mindset and passion for investing in relationships.
Partner to integrate operational / technical (business transformation) change; Network and foster relationships as advisor to leadership on improvements, best practices, and ways to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with Talent Solutions leaders, colleagues, peers, and cross-functional partners to ensure program value and alignment by gathering / reporting feedback, field observations and establishing ongoing presence.
- Proactively works with internal leadership to address opportunities in relation to job role competencies, career and business growth.

Change Agility
- Ability to lead change by example. Implement change management adoption consultation and act as an ambassador on business transformation, evolving operational programs, products, services to all Talent Solution leadership and tenured professionals;
Identify and report on trends, themes and risk to growth.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in environment of change leading to ongoing change adoption initiatives; acts as the point of contact for strategy and tactical execution;
Deliver and executes key initiatives, train the trainer, rollouts, pilots, on-site support and adoption.

Program/Project Management
- Drive execution of major program and project deliverables and deadlines; effectively manages key stakeholder activities. Demonstrate mastery of operational, technical, and professional development learning programs.
- Identify best practices, provide translation / integration of operational / technical acumen into daily business practices.
- Proactively collaborate with L&D teams and senior leaders in program communication and logistics to ensure a seamless program experience.
- Recommend and provide feedback on refinements to operational, practice group, technical, and professional development organization-wide programs;
- Complete certifications, observe and partner in the development / delivery of learning program content (facilitator led, self-paced / online), researching industry best practices, implementation of various modalities / programs; demonstrates best practices related to Adult Learning, ADDIE, etc.

Learning Effectiveness
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of learning analytics. Participate in pilot test and revise programs based on feedback.
- Facilitate and administer a wide variety of assessments; generate reports and analyze trends based on assessment results.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to continuous learning in the field of learning and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Staffing, Leadership experience and multiple lines of business preferred
