**Treasury Analyst Sr**
- Chile_

**Primary Purpose and Main Responsibilities**

The Treasury Analyst will be the operational head of treasury activities in the country and will support and implement the regional strategies, will manage the internal financial communication of the department and help to ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and treasury procedures as well as proactively be involved in influencing the new initiatives toward efficiency improvement.

**Education & Certifications**
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field;
- MBA or advanced degree is desired.

**Experience**
- At least 5 years Treasury experience (Corporate or Banking)
- People management skills, including a proven ability to attract superior talent, and to provide training and development as part of a coordinated talent development plan.
- Knowledge of Treasury operations and accounting concepts
- Strong analytical skills, able to understand complex data and issues with demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to develop close relationships with financial institutions, including banking partners and development banks
- Experience working with multi-national corporations/ matrix organizations.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Strong ability to communicate, both written and verbally.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written);
- Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish also preferred.
- Results oriented and driven to succeed.
- Customer service oriented.
- Proactive and takes initiative to implement projects to drive business results.
- Technical skills related to Treasury and accounting concepts.
- Ability to analyze data/information and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to adapt to changes, deal with stress and meet deadlines.
- People management and development
- Able to analyze and grasp a situation quickly from different perspectives and create well-reasoned solutions.
- Innovative attitude oriented (“Thinking out of the box”) with proved experiences
