We will be looking for you to join our collaborative team of Treasurers who are responsible for the treasury and logistics tasks. We’ll be expecting you to analyze, execute, and assist with treasury activities such as cash distribution, bank reconciliations, reporting, closing activities, and third-party payments. Your role also will be key to controlling our armored truck vendors around the country. You’ll control and distribute invoices while managing billing difference claims to ensure punctuality and accuracy of payments. You will assist in all planning duties including estimating future collection services cost, analyzing deviations, and developing forecast models.

You’ll support management with budget assessments and mitigation activities proposals. Producing reports that evaluate operationally and cost indicators and identifying areas where improvements can be implemented will be the main task. Also, you’ll have to estimate the annual cost and monitor the evolution on weekly basis. You will work alongside internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any issues while participating in projects to improve treasury processes.

For this role, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree in Finance, administration, or any related field, plus at least 2 years of experience in Accounting or Treasury ideally within financial services companies. In this role, you’ll be expected to have an intermediate/advanced English level and advanced Excel skills. You should have very good planning and organizational skills. Power BI knowledge will be nice to have. It’s a position of great learning, and growth and offers the possibility of developing negotiation and interaction with different people.
