**Our Team**

The Strategic Channels team is responsible for channel´s growth for our partners by developing and managing specific growth projects that help optimize in-channel performance. We create tools to better identify and execute improvement projects for our partners to optimize their performance within current selling platforms and to better compete. We are a group of specialists in e-commerce with different areas of expertise that work together to provide the best possible growing plans for our business partners within marketplaces.

**Role for You**

You are passionate about e-commerce and all the possibilities that this universe can provide. You have in-depth knowledge about e-commerce and Marketplace's ecosystem, understand the day-to-day life of sellers, their pains and have know-how to help them solve their problems. You are structured, organized, and have great people skills. You enjoy building strategies from scratch and turning them into specific projects for you to lead.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Monitor ecommerce KPIs, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions of our brands on a daily basis and take actions as relevant to drive sales to reach our targets.
- Create and own the end-to-end business plan for our Brands within Strategic Channels.
- Develop and own the correct monitoring and follow up system for all projects regarding our brand´s development.
- Leverage deep data analysis, and business acumen to provide recommendations that drive both top and bottom-line growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain Management, and Data.
- Explore Channels best practices to increase selection discoverability and improve customer experience to drive sales conversion and performance.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ year experience in E-commerce with in-depth acquired knowledge.
- 6+ months experience on Marketplace's ecosystem with in-depth acquired knowledge. (Desirable Falabella, Linio, Cencosud)
- Working knowledge of English and Spanish at minimum. Portuguese is a plus.
- Project management skills.
- Strong data analysis and translation to actions.
- Have proficient understanding of specific KPIs for e-commerce
- Excel proficiency required
