**About the Role**

As part of the Catalog Ops team, you will be responsible for the content displayed in merchant catalogs, from product images to item promotions. Our team ensures everything within our catalog meets high standards.

As a Catalog Analyst, you will use data to find explanations and solutions, working through pilots and trial and error. You will collaborate effectively with teams across catalog, business development, operations, and commercial partners. You know how to prioritize tasks and act quickly and decisively.

**What You'll Do**
- Extract actionable insights from data to support excellence in local catalog management.
- Develop and implement processes that empower the team to manage and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with local teams to develop operational projects that drive catalog improvements, while keeping the business needs in mind.

**What You'll Need**
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Comfort working under pressure.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in retail or groceries e-commerce.
- Advanced English skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Effective communication abilities.
