**Responsibilities**
- Review and answer Cyber Security and Data Privacy inquiries from customers supported by the CTO;
- List, track, reply and generate reports on new internal support issues/questions;
- Maintain a high-level internal knowledge base to answer support issues/questions;
- Plan, review, and distribute software ecosystem licenses distribution;
- Plan, support and manage hardware/devices review and purchase for collaborators worldwide.
- Plan and execute security patches and regular updates for teams distributed worldwide.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of Windows OS software;
- Solid background on supporting systems and software and tracking issues;
- Solid background in Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite)
- Strong communication skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Nice to have:

- Knowledge on any of these softwares: Salesforce, Travefy, Conga, Slack.
- Knowledge about GDPR.
