**RMT Sales Director Chile**
The RMT Sales Director in Chile runs the commercial strategy and achieves the company’s ambition through maximizing price achievement of Chilean origin.
**We are looking for a Sales Director to establish and build a strong commercial sales team that will focus on getting the best value for Chilean origin.**
As a trusted and valued member of the RMT Management team you will drive cross functional innovation and business development. You will ensure cooperation across internal business units to maximize value of all products in the market and will manage and develop our key customers and supplier portfolio.
You will be responsible and follow up on budget and long-term plan (LTP) process within your business area and ensure that the business unit is compliant and with policies and procedures, both globally and locally.
You will lead the RMT Chilean sales team, live and embrace our leadership principles: inspire people, make it happen, live the values, think and act. As an effective leader you will make sure to support and develop your team members.
The position reports to the Managing Director of RMT and the place of work will be at the Mowi office in Puerto Montt, Chile.
