**Marketing Assistant - LatAm**

**Argentina, Chile, Colombia**

**Fully Remote**

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team across all functions, with a particular focus on managing social media accounts for both our company and its top executives. As a generalist with a strong aptitude for social media, the Marketing Assistant will take on a wide range of tasks, enabling the team to focus on strategic, high-value work that drives business growth. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts for the company and its top executives, creating and scheduling engaging posts, and monitoring performance across various platforms
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership for both the company and its executives
- Design eye-catching graphics using Canva templates to support our marketing initiatives and enhance visual appeal across all channels
- Maintain and update our WordPress websites, keeping content fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines
- Develop compelling presentations to communicate our marketing strategies, plans, and results to both internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research to gather insights, monitor competitor activities, and inform decision-making
- Build and maintain lists and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all marketing channels
- Gather, organize, and analyze marketing data using tools like HubSpot to support reporting, performance tracking, and optimization efforts
- Provide project management support, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Handle various ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed, providing flexibility and adaptability to support the team across all functions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience across multiple disciplines
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Extensive experience in social media management, with a proven track record of creating compelling content and engaging with audiences across various platforms
- Skilled in developing and executing social media strategies for both companies and individual executives
- Proficient in using Canva to create visually appealing graphics that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative, project management, and marketing support
- Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly skilled in WordPress, research, data management, and analysis
- Passionate about technology and AI, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
