Position Summary:
The Marketing Assistant, Global Marketing Activation plays an active role in the execution of national key initiatives and promotional marketing tactics to drive profitable volume growth and build our brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads development, execution, and evaluation of visibility/activation strategy across the business categories. Manages relationships with the vendors partners. Serves as internal expert on visibility tactics.
- Oversees Autocare A&P and communication redemption budget management, reporting, reconciliation, and purchase order creation. Collaborates with marketing colleagues to ensure alignment to budgets. Serves as budgeting tool superuser for Brazil colleagues.
- Supports the budget management Brand Maker platform
- Supports key initiative and activation program execution by supplying existing creative assets or writing briefs for Creative Design to create new assets.
- Maintains Brand Activation portal to ensure the brands activation team has easy access to current Activation assets.
- Works cross functionally with marketing, trade marketing, marketing operations, and shopper activation colleagues to ensure flawless and on time execution of marketing initiatives.
- Supports the Brand Manager in payments and deadlines.
- May also perform additional duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

- Degree required with preference on Marketing
- Minimum 2 years business experience.
- Must collaborate well and work well cross functionally.
- ** Advanced English**
- CPG background preferred.
