- UPM Raflatac Chile is looking for a Sales Manager, Andina Region who will be responsible for ensuring follow-up, delivering the sales strategies of the work team, developing new markets and / or products, providing coaching, supporting the sales team, implementing the management strategy, strengthening business relationships, increasing the AV and working together with the areas of Customer Service, Human Resources, Production and Finance.

What you'll do:
- Achieve the goals of your area of responsibility, implement plans, monitor projects, and analyze the development of sales by geographic area.Develop the product portfolio and analyze the characteristics of new products, suggest changes in current products, and implement the product launch strategy.-
- Perform marketing, monitor the activities of competitors such as the development of their products and participation of our competitors in our area.-
- Be responsible for promoting and sales with strategic clients, validation and presentation of products, and training of strategic accounts.-
- Support the global strategy, credit and collection in conflicting accounts.- Who you are:
- You have University degree (desirable master’s degree).-
- You have a minimum of five years of experience in sales and negotiation.-
- You have three years of experience in conducting commercial teams.-
- You are willing to travel around Chile and the Andina Region.-
- You have Fluent English.-

Additional Information:
Location: City of Santiago or surroundings.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time (wide availability to move to other areas of the country during the work week is desirable).
