We are currently seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Lead who will collaborate across the team to help build our growing business in Chile. Based in Santiago, this role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will cover a **9-month maternity leave contract.** In this role you will lead marketing activities across the region, with occasional involvement in global projects. To be successful you require a deep understanding of best practice campaign planning and management, digital content development, marketing material development, sponsorships and event management. We are looking for an individual who can take initiative and embrace a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage planning and execution of marketing strategy and integrated campaigns to position the Chile operation positively in the local market, enhance our reputation and advance development goals in the region.
- Provide marketing support to the President of Project Delivery, South America (based in Santiago) as needed.
- Develop corporate, service line and project-specific marketing materials.
- Plan and execute marketing programs for the region, including strategic advertising and sponsorships, thought leadership, social media and website, conferences, award submissions, client workshops, webinars, etc. - ensuring appropriate executive review and approvals have been obtained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing is aligned and positioned to with corporate goals.
- Contribute to, and implement, strategic global marketing campaigns across the region.
- Conduct market research and make recommendations accordingly.
- Stay informed of marketing and industry trends to ensure marketing activities remain current and targeted.

**Qualifications**:

- Business Administration, Marketing or Communications Degree preferred.
- 6-8+ years marketing experience.
- Experience in a B2B environment with engineering/mining/professional services sectors highly regarded.
- Advanced level of English (will be assessed).
- A track record of innovative and progressive marketing campaigns that deliver results.
- Proven experience creating and executing integrated marketing programs with high degree of familiarity with digital platforms.
- Strong experience working with and supporting senior level stakeholders.
- Excellent editing, writing and proof-reading skills.
- Digital marketing experience focused on demand generation and relationship building.
- Possess knowledge of web analytics and able to develop and maintain streamlined processes.
- Can work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated as well as highly organised and detail oriented.
