Commercial Focal Point

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a **Commercial Focal Point** based in **Santiago - Chile.** responsible for managing purchases for the country’s commercial area, including communication with suppliers, identifying local purchasing needs, and registering in the Oracle system (including purchase requests, tracking Purchase Orders, sending documentation to the supplier to issue invoices, and monitoring respective payments). Support and cooperate in coordinating presentations and reports for Management. Update all supplier information in the system, as well as maintain the necessary supporting documents during creation; in addition to all relevant information regarding the company’s clients, with supporting documentation for proper setup. Collaborate in document management systems (SharePoint) and information sources across various repositories.

**What challenges will you face?**

Maintain information for the country’s supplier master (contact information), requesting updates from SSC (Shared Service Center) when necessary and requesting supplier creation by sending the required information for the process. Supplier creation for SSC countries.

Support and cooperate in the coordination and preparation of presentations and reports for Management and GIP, including monthly and quarterly area reporting presentations, requests to CCC and CapCom, with the purpose of providing valuable information for Management’s decision-making.

Generate quotations from new suppliers, keeping a record of the supplier selection process based on defined objective criteria (price, quality, lead time, others); and maintain supporting documentation for supplier creation for SSC.

Support the management of drafting contracts or service agreements with suppliers, as well as the CAFs associated with such agreements.

Generate purchase requests for the commercial area; ensure sufficient budget availability to cover purchasing needs, and manage budget increases (when necessary) with the company’s responsible areas (FP&A).

Collaborate in document management systems (SharePoint) and information sources across the various repositories

**What specific knowledge do you need?**

At least 3 years of experience in similar roles; ideally in procurement, accounts payable, or related processes.

Degree in Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration, or related fields.
