In the Value Stream External Partnership and New Business Channels we drive growth through partnerships. Together we drive digital expansion, franchise, external business channels and external brands tech and business development.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

Our LATAM team is the main point of contact for white label partner and responsible to manage the relationship. Together with the team you will manage tech backlog and drive continuous improvements to improve metrics related to customer experience and platform stability. You always ensure high product availability on the sites and ensure stability during peak sales periods through incident management.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Be an expert - contribute with knowledge, insights and deep understanding of business areas and processes. You will serve as a connection between business, global and tech teams.
- Develop and improve business processes, tools and WoW to maximize business outcome and customer value.
- Identify new product features based on desired business outcomes and customer needs, assessing feasibility and requirements. Improve product capabilities through new solutions or enhancement of the existing ones.
- Analytical sales follow-up and web performance. Including building business cases.
- Continuously engage stakeholders and connect the dots between business and tech objectives.
- Secure digital stability and planning for site improvement. Ensuring the Service providers are adhering to the Incident & Problem SLA’s & KPI’s; and secure site article availability i.e. for special campaigns and collections.
- Incident management: drive review and status. Improve existing incident management through elaboration and documentation of way of working. Responsible for the operational side of our product, which is closely connected to incident and problem management as well as continuous development and improvements.

Your main point of contact is our white label partner. You will closely collaborate with our E-com team, Product Manager, development teams, tech and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience working with Business Tech project management or Product Management in general with an understanding of e-commerce business processes.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written with ability to communicate complex topics in a simplified manner.
- Good to have knowledge of tools such as Service now, JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams. Knowledge of PowerBI as user level.
